Court on 20th June, 2017, the petitioner

Headmistress of Deshikendra High School,
Latur. She further submits that, the
prayer clause “B” in the Petition stands

fulfilled.
2.In that view of the matter, she has
instructions not to pursue the Petition.
In that view of the matter, Writ Petition
stands disposed of.
3.Needless to observe that in view of
disposal of the Writ Petition itself, the
pending Civil Applications are disposed
of with liberty to the applicants therein
to avail of an appropriate remedy.
