Limited. There seems to be a dispute between said Capri Global and Monarch Imperial, which led to the filing of arbitration proceedings. The said Capri Global has also filed an application under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before this Court and in that application, learned Single Judge of this Court has appointed the Court Receiver on Respondent No.3 to take possession of the said project.
