A compliance report dated 6.2.2018 is placed on record at page No.36 of the affidavit in reply.
2 In view of the action taken by respondent No.3 Municipal Corporation, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant Public Interest Litigation has been redressed. The Public Interest Litigation is thus disposed of.
