1The learned Addl.G.P has placed on record a copy of
the letter dated 30th June 2018 addressed by Law and
Judiciary Department of the State Government to the
learned Addl.G.P. By way of settlement, the State
Government has decided to accept the impugned Judgment
and withdraw the Appeal.
2Accordingly, we dispose of the appeal as withdrawn.
The appellant will be entitled to refund of Court fees
as per the Rules.
3Writ of this order shall be issued to the Reference
Court within a period of one month from the date on
which this order is uploaded. The Reference Court shall
thereafter pass an order directing discharge of the Bank
Guarantee.
