3 Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that by this Civil Application, applicant seeks permission to bring on record legal heirs of Petitioner No.1 who died on 14 th November 2017. He submits that they filed the present Civil Application on 7 th July 2018.

4 Considering the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and contents of Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the same. Hence, the order :

O R D E R

1 Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased Petitioner No.1 Bharat Vishnu Kadam in Writ Petition No.12939 of 2016.

2 Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

3 If amendment is carried out within stipulated period, as stated herein above, amended copy of Petition to be served on other side immediately thereafter.

4 Civil Application (Stamp) no.4041 of 2018 stands disposed off accordingly.
