Since appeal bearing First Appeal St. No.3066 of 2018 (V.I.D.C. Versus Vishnu Savarkar) arising out of L.A.C. No.546 of 2011 is already admitted on 23.10.2018, the present appeal in my opinion, deserves same consideration.
Hence, ADMIT .
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A. Kadu waives notice of hearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3.
The appellants are directed to file private paper book within a period of six months from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
