3] By this civil application, condonation of delay of 75 days is sought for in instituting the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant states that in fact the delay is of only 12 days and not 756 days.
4] In paragraph 3 of the civil application, it is stated that the partner of the firm who was actually handling this matter expired on

14th November 2015. For this reason, there was some delay in processing the matter and filing the appeal.
6] The civil application is accordingly disposed of by condoning the delay.
