learned counsel appearing for the respondents –
original claimants.

2.Delay of 2453 days has occurred in filing

these appeals. Learned Counsel appearing for the
parties jointly submitted that in some of the
companion appeals filed by the acquiring body
arising out of the same acquisition are settled in
Lokadalat. In view of the same, the learned

counsel for the claimants has conceded for

condoning the delay and disposing of the appeals in
terms of the settlement arrived at in the Lokadalat

3.In view of the submissions so made, the
