1 After arguing at length, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that in Sessions (POCSO) Case No. 46 OF 2018, charge has been framed. In view of this, learned Sessions Judge, Nashik seized with the Sessions (POCSO) Case No. 46 of 2018 shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within 6 months. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
