1 The above Criminal Application has been filed pending the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR being C.R. No.105 of 2017 registered with the Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai by the Respondent No.3 for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 and 427 of the IPC. In so far as the above Criminal Application is concerned, the first relief sought is that no coercive steps to be taken against the Applicant No.3 and the second relief that is sought is that the Applicant No.3 may renew his H-1 Visa and passport without any objection in any manner whatsoever.
2 In so far as the second relief is concerned, the same it seems is founded on the apprehension of the Applicants. Having regard to the

aforesaid reliefs and considering the fact that the above Writ Petition is pending for admission, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the above Criminal Application as we intend to hear the above Writ Petition for admission, the above Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
