2 By order dated 14th December, 2017, the application was allowed subject to condition that the applicant shall pay cost of Rs.12,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of three weeks.

3 Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the order could not be complied since the order was uploaded on 27th December, 2017, and, thereafter, when the applicant had approached the High Court Legal Aid Committee, the applicant was informed that the amount is required to be deposited with the High Court Legal Aid Fund. The applicant, therefore, prays for extension of time to deposit the said amount.
4 In the aforesaid circumstances, time to pay the costs of Rs.12,000/- is extended by further period of three weeks. The costs shall be paid to the High Court Legal Aid Fund.
5 Criminal Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
