3 The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Union of India, on instructions, submitted that, as of today 14 witnesses have been examined by the Trial Court and the Trial Court has scheduled the next date for examining P.W. No. 15, on 26th March, 2018.
4 In view of above, there is no need to further expedite the Trial. Application is accordingly disposed of.
5 The Registry is hereby directed to communicate this order to the Applicant who is lodged at Mumbai Central Prison.
