3 It is seen that Criminal Application bearing No.103 of 2017 moved by the applicant for renewal of his passport came to be dismissed in default by this Court.

4 For the reasons stated in the instant application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by condoning delay in filling the same.

5 Criminal Application bearing No.103 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.511 of 2007 is restored to the file.

6 The learned Advocate Shri.Sandesh Patil waives notice in Criminal Application No.103 of 2017 for the respondent No.1.
