7 Congruous testimony of P.W.No.1 Dineshkumar Doshi, P.W.No.2 Mafat Bohra and P.W.No.3 Manroop Choudhary shows that initially, one accused entered in their office followed by the another and then two more accused persons entered in the office. Evidence of P.W.No.2 Mafat Bohra shows that he questioned one of the accused, who entered first as to what he wants, but the robber did not say anything. These three prosecution witnesses, during the course of their evidence, have given detail description of four persons, who entered in their office and have also spoken about the colour of clothes which they were wearing. As per version of these prosecution witnesses, from a black coloured bag, all four accused persons took out choppers and threatened them for extorting cash from the office. P.W.No.1 Dineshkumar Doshi informed them that there is no cash in the office, but they may take whatever they want. The trio, then in unison stated that four robbers then tied all of them by means of a rope and gagged their mouths by pasting an adhesive tape on their mouths. Then, as per version of these prosecution witnesses, the robbers took gold chain, diamond ring, cellphone of Model No.6610 of Nokia and Rs.600/- from the purse of P.W.No.1 Dineshkumar Doshi. From the drawer of P.W.No.2 Mafat Bohra, they took his purse containing Rs.700/-, white ring, two silver coin, railway pass, cards of ICICI Bank, cellphone of Model 6300 and cellphone of Model N72 of Nokia make.
