an application is filed, the learned trial court shall decide the same in accordance with law and without being influenced by the observations made in impugned order. Before parting with the final order, it is necessary to state that the suit is old relating to the year 2008 and in such circumstances,the trial court shall proceed to hear the suit as expeditiously as possible. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
