Mr.Nikam, learned counsel or the petitioner states that before the impugned resolution of No Confidence Motion was passed against the petitioner, the petitioner had already tendered his resignation to the President of Panchyayat Samiti and, thus, No Confidence Motion would not have been passed against his client.
2 Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions on the issue as to whether the petitioner had tendered resignation before the Panchayat Samiti before passing of the No Confidence Motion against the petitioner.
