leave of the Court to amend pleading, but by considering it as an application for correcting a typographical error, about which the parties were ad idem. Therefore, I am also of the view that, this application would not be hit by proviso to order VI Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code and as such, there is no need to cause any interference in the impugned order. However, limited liberty can be given to the petitioner to further cross-examine the plaintiff only in respect of the date of will deed, allowed to be corrected by the trial Court, subsequent to completion of the evidence of the plaintiff.
