Heard Shri A.A. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, learned AGP for the respondents.

In view of reply filed on 24.03.2017 vide Stamp o. 3704 of 2017, prayer clause (A) is rendered infructuous, however, prayer clause (B) still survives.

The petitioners point out that the School viz., Dinkarnagar Hindi High School, Taluka – Arjuni Mor, District – Gondia, has started receiving grants from June 2014. The petitioner has been paid first installment in September 2016, hence arrears are to be paid.

The learned AGP submits that the grants have been made applicable to the petitioners and in due course of time, the amount as per directions of this Court in its order dated 21.07.2014 in Writ Petition No. 6834 of 2013 will be paid to the petitioners.

The reply placed on record shows that Petitioner No. 2 – School is eligible to receive 20% grants from 201213 itself. Thus, this percentage will increase as per Rules. In the year 2016, the petitioner will be entitled to receive

more grants because of annual increase in quantum thereof. 6. The actual amount has not been worked out by the petitioners. The respondents have also not disclosed it. 7. In view of this, we direct the respondents to work out the arrears payable to the petitioners in this respect within a period of next three months and to pay the same to the petitioners in next two months.

With these directions, we partly allow and dispose of the present writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
