It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners in WP No. 923 of 2014, WP No. 1598 of 2016 and WP No. 1940 of 2016 that in fact, by the order dated 21^st October, 2016, only WP No. 5374 of 2013 was withdrawn by the counsel appearing for the petitioners in that petition. However, due to typographical error in the order, those writ petitions which have not been withdrawn, have also been included. In the circumstances, we make it clear that the order dated 21^st October, 2016 will apply only to WP No.5374 of 2013. The other writ petitions i.e. WP No. 923 of 2014, WP No.1598 of 2016 and WP No. 1940 of 2016 stand restored to its original number.
