1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent, both, on instructions, submit that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits, on instructions, that, in view of the settlement between the parties, leave may be granted to the petitioner for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/deposited in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

1. In view of the above, leave to withdraw the petition is granted with liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court. Writ Petition stands disposed of as above.
