1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that

the present petition is filed against rejection of his Review Application, by the 2^nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, vide order dated 7.7.2015. One of the reasons for rejection was that the application was not filed in proper format. Hence he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application before the trial Court in proper format.

2] Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file application for Review in accordance with law is granted.
