.It would be open for the petitioner to avail of
the remedies for redressal of his grievance, in respect
of loss caused to the agricultural income for a period
between 2007 to 2013 by taking up appropriate proceedings
since the issue in respect of quantifying the amount of
compensation involves investigation of facts. The said
issue need not be dealt with in exercise jurisdiction
under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent
Nos. 4 to 6 informs that appropriate measures have been
taken to ensure that there would be no water logging in

the land belonging to the petitioner. In view of the
report placed on record in respect of completion of the
technical work the grievance raised by the petitioner in
respect of deficiencies in construction of drain, stands
redressed.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to
the petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible
in law.
