Learned A.G.P. upon instructions from respondent no.2 Committee submits that caste claim of petitioner if received by it, is not traceable. Committee therefore, has asked the petitioner to submit claim afresh through his employer i.e. respondent no.4.

Communication dated 21.07.2017 sent by respondent no.2 to office of the Government Pleader is

taken on record and marked as “Exh.X” for identification.

In view of this communication, we direct petitioner to submit necessary documents to his employer – respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks. Respondent no.4 shall thereafter submit those documents for verification to respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee in next four weeks. Interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of 8 weeks and shall cease to operate automatically, if the caste claim is not received by respondent no.2 in the meanwhile.

If the caste claim is so received, the interim order shall continue for a period of next one year during which period respondent no.2 Committee shall take steps to complete the scrutiny and verification. In that event, the interim orders shall be subject to outcome of the verification proceedings.
