2 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Mrs. Ratna Bhargavan, on instructions of the Petitioners, in each of the Petitions, states that the Petitioners would not press the above Writ Petitions in so far as the aforesaid issue is concerned and would reserve their right to raise the issue as regards the competency of the Executive Committee of the Maharashtra Medical Council to remove the names of the Petitioners from the members register in appropriate proceedings.

3 Hence with the liberty to the Petitioners as aforesaid the above Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the judgment and order of the Division Bench of this Court (S C Dharmadhikari and Dr. Shalini PhansalkarJoshi JJ) dated 29/04/2016. In view of the disposal of the above Writ Petitions, the above Chamber Summons Nos.28 of 2017 and 27 of 2017 do not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
