upon the merits of the Petitioners' claim, we direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to examine the said proposal (Exhibit F) in respect of grant of the benefit of Carrier Assurance Scheme as per the policy and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
