Syed Rahmet Ali Syed Hamed Ali Vs the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission through Its Registrar and Ors.

Today, the learned AGP has produced for our perusal, a document showing that the Petitioner was called for interview and his case was considered by the Committee for re-appointment. The Committee unanimously decided not to recommend the name of the Petitioner for re-appointment as the President of District Consumer Forum. Thus, the case of the Petitioner has been considered for reappointment and the Petitioner was found as not suitable.

Therefore, both the prayers are worked out and nothing survives in this Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
