Heard the learned Counsel appearing for

respective parties.

02.It is submitted by the learned Counsel
appearing on behalf of the petitioner that whatever
deficiencies were noticed by the respondents, have
now been rectified.

03.In view of the aforesaid statement made on
behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner may again
make a fresh application to the concerned authorities
and after the fresh application is received by them,
they shall re-inspect the college and consider the
request of the petitioner for regularization, on
payment of necessary fees demanded by respondent
no.01 and respondent no.01 shall take a decision in
accordance with law, on or before 17th January 2017.
It is clarified that the petitioner has not prayed
for granting extension, at this stage, for giving
admissions.

04.With the above directions, the Writ Petition
is disposed of. No costs.

05.Parties to act on an authenticated copy of
this order.
