The notice of motion is for recall of an order of rejection passed for non-removal of office objections. There is a delay of 38 days in taking out the notice of motion. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of mouton, the delay is condoned and the order of rejection is recalled and set aside. The Petitioner shall now remove all office objections within six weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules without reference to this court.
The notice of motion is disposed of accordingly.
