2 Having considered the affidavit in support, in my view, this is a fit

case to condone the delay and restore the application. At the same time, the reason I am inclined to restore the application is also because the counsel for

applicant states that they will remove all office objections within one week from today.

3 Accordingly, Arbitration Application (Lodg.) No. 1744 of 2015 is restored to file.

4 If all office objections are not removed within one week, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If office objections are removed, application to be numbered and to be listed on 23^rd November 2017 for hearing.
