Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
They submit that the matter was referred to the
mediator. Accordingly, the mediator has submitted
the report dated 13.10.2017 and the mediation was
successful. The parties have arrived at
compromise and settled their matter as stated in
the compromise memo dated 13.10.2017, which is
taken on record and marked 'X' for identification
purpose.
2.In view of the compromise between the
parties, First Appeal is disposed of in terms of
the compromise. The appellant is entitled for
refund of court fee as per the rules and the
statutory amount deposited by the appellant in
this Court at the time of presentation of appeal.
