. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent - SRA submits that the impugned notice / order has been withdrawn by them by an order dated 23rd January, 2017. It is also submitted that the said notice was issued inadvertently. In view of this submission, we are of the view that order of this Court has been complied, and therefore, contempt petition is disposed of. We, however, direct the Respondent – SRA to be more careful and diligent before issuing notices of this type.
