contentions of the parties are kept open. As far as the newly added 2nd Defendant is
concerned, the learned Advocate for the Defendants states that the Advocate for the
Plaintiff can serve the papers and proceedings on him and he shall accept the same on
behalf of the newly added Defendant No.2. The Chamber Summons is accordingly
disposed of.
3. Earlier order passed in the Notice of Motion to continue.
