By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay and seeks extension of stipulated time of 30 days, provided for informing the Registrar of Companies as regards the order dated 27th October,2016. I have perused the affidavit in support of the company application and I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Delay is satisfactorily explained in the affidavit in support. Company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
