Perused the application. Heard Smt. Ranjana D. Reddy, learned counsel for respondent- Maharashtra State Transport Corporation (MSRTC). She has no objection for disbursement of amount deposited by respondent- MSRTC. Accordingly, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court in lieu of compensation by the respondent MSRTC. The Registry to do the needful for disbursement of amount in favour of applicant. The application stands disposed of in above terms accordingly.
