ORDER:
1. Heard Mr. Phule, the learned AGP for the State.
2. These are the applications filed by the
applicant State to extent the time to deposit the
amount of compensation. Mr. Phule, the learned AGP
submits that the Demand Draft of the Compensation
Amount is ready and he is submitting the same with the
office today itself.
3. In view of the above, the time to deposit the
compensation is extended by one week. Office to accept
the Demand Draft/s.
