1. On 29th March, 2017 this Court passed the following order :
“1.The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that though he has
personally spoken to Mr. Anidya Joshi, Director of the Petitioner and
sought instructions and also asked him to remain present in Court, he is
neither coming forward to give instructions, nor has he remained present
in Court. He may therefore be discharged from appearing in the matter.
The Advocate for the Petitioner is therefore, discharged from appearing
for the Petitioner in the above Petition.
2.Place the above Petition under the Caption 'First on Board' on 03-
04-2017. It is clarified that if the Petitioner fails to remain present
before this Court on that day, the Court shall proceed to dismiss the
above Petition. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the Petitioner
by Registered Post A.D., by the Court Office. The Petitioner shall also
be informed about this order by the Advocate for the Petitioner who has

just been discharged."
2.Pursuant thereto, Mr. Anindya Joshi, Director of Petitioner Company
is present in Court. He states that the Petitioner Company shall proceed with the
arbitration proceedings. He is therefore, not pressing the above Petition. The
Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
