In support of his submission, he placed on record the Prison Chart signed by Additional Senior Superintendent of the

Thane Central Prison, Thane. The said Prison Chart is taken on record.
3] In the light of the above, Writ Petition will no more survive for consideration and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
