2 Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecution opposed the application by contending that there is no sufficient cause for condoning the delay. It is seen that the applicant/accused is convicted and jail sentence is imposed on him and as such it is difficult for him to appoint an Advocate for challenging his conviction and resultant sentence.
