pending proceedings, we are of the opinion that, in case, the applicants are advised to file application for discharge, they can file application for discharge before the concerned court within two weeks from today. In case, such application is filed by the applicants, the concerned court shall decide the same in accordance with law and on its merits within eight weeks from filing of such application. The liberty granted today to the applicants would be available only for two weeks from today.
