submits that in respect of the Applicants i.e. Applicant No.1 Rekhatai w/o Santosh Parmeshwar (Kadam), Applicant No.2 Shashikala w/o Shahaji Waghmare and Applicant No.4 Jayshri w/o Vijay Kandale (in Criminal Application No.2419 of 2017); Applicant No.2 Vidyabai w/o Dileeprao Gangane (in Criminal Application No.2428 of 2017); Applicant No.1 Ganesh s/o Kisanrao Kadam, Applicant No.2 Ashwini w/o Vishal Rochkari (in Criminal Application No.2416 of 2017) and Applicant Ajit s/o Kisanrao Parmeshwar (Kadam) (in Criminal Application No.2418 of 2017), the Respondent shall conduct preliminary enquiry about their involvement in the crime and in case during the course of enquiry, their involvement reveals in the crime and their custodial interrogation is needed, 48 hours of notice shall be given for effecting their arrest.

2 In view of the above statement, the applications seeking pre-arrest bail to the extent of the aforesaid Applicants, stand disposed of with liberty to move the applications/s for pre-arrest bail before the Sessions Court, if such notice is issued to the said Applicants.

3 With the aforesaid observations, Criminal Application No.2419 of 2017 (Rekhabai Santosh Parmeshwar (Kadam) and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra), Criminal Application No.2428 of 2017 (Archana Vinod Gangane and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra) to the extent of Applicant No.2 Vidyabai w/o Dileeprao Gangane, Criminal Application No.2416 of 2017 (Ganesh s/o Kisanrao Kadam and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) and Criminal Application No.2418 of 2017 (Ajit s/o Kisanrao Parmeshwar Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) are disposed of.
