Pravin. The applicant is now seeking bail. Deceased - Pravin had sustained only one firearm injury. According to the prosecution, accused no.1 - Tukaram fired at Pravin with a firearm which was with the present applicant. It is seen that the applicant did not fire at Pravin at all.
