Court, Vile Parle, Mumbai by its report dated 22.2.2016 informed to the Registrar of this Court that, as far as CC No.24/PW/2013 is concerned, the accused are absent and therefore a bailable warrant is issued against them and the matter is kept for awaiting for service upon them. As far as CC No.25/PW/2013 is concerned, charge has already been framed and the matter is pending for evidence of prosecution.
3] In view thereof, the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate, 55th Court, Vile Parle is hereby directed to make an endevour to conclude the trial pertaining to the CC No.24/PW/2013 and CC No.25/PW/2013 within one year from the date of receipt of the present Order.
