error in the Judgment dated 23rd August, 2017. In
Judgment dated 23rd August, 2017, in title cause
instead of "Dnyanoba s/o Gangaram Kendre",
inadvertently the name of Respondent No.3 has been
typed as "Dnyanoba s/o Gangadhar Kendre".
2.In Judgment dated 23rd August, 2017, in
title cause the name of Respondent No.3 be read as
