The applicant is another job shark. He in company of his parents searched 13 persons on a pretext that there are vacancies in the Steel Authority of India in respect of nontechnical posts. According to complainant, applicant, his father and mother demanded Rs. 10,00,000/- from each of the candidates with a assurance that if the amount is paid they will be provided job in the Steel Authority of India. The complainant and other victims initially parted an amount more than Rs. 5,00,000/-. After receipt of the said amount of Rs. 5,00,000/from each of the victims the present applicant alongwith his parents visited the houses of the victims and demanded remaining amount. At that time, an assurance was given by them if the victims failed to secure the job the amount will be refunded. On the said pretext, the remaining amount was fleeced away from the victims. Thereafter, the mock interviews of the victims were conducted. The appointment orders were given to the victims.
