Heard. Perused the reply of the prosecution. It is seen from the reply that the grievance is not about the pledge of cotton bales, but it is about the quality of the cotton bales. This is not the case where instead of cotton bales, some other goods or scrap were pledged. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow this application.
Application is allowed and interim order granted by this Court on 2nd February 2017 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the modification of condition regarding attendance and now, it is directed that the applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when required.
Application is disposed of.
