. In the affidavit in reply filed by State, it is observed as below:
“It is further submitted that in the absence of revised recruitment rules for post under the Administrative cadre, it was held in PIL No. 103 of 2014 Shri Mukesh Bilore V/s. State of Maharashtra & Others that the existing recruitment rules of 9/11/1993 are still applicable till the existing Recruitment Rules are revised.
As per the Government procedure the concurrence from General Administration Department & Maharashtra Public Service Commission for the proposed
