The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on instructions states that in view of the order passed today in Civil Application No.2889 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.9036 of 2004, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 will release the attached property of the Petitioner on the basis of the warrant of attachment at Exhibit-A to the Petition. He states that after taking into consideration the amount permitted to be withdrawn as per the order dated 28th August 2015 in Civil Application No.2889 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.9036 of 2004 and the amount deposited by the Petitioner which is reflected from Exhibit-F to the Petition, if there is any short-fall, the Respondents will initiate
