The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of petitioner's repeated complaints and representations to the respondents for consideration of their case for grant of approval as Assistant Teacher in Respondent no. 3 Institute, the same have not been considered and decided as yet. The Petitioners also submit that the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division had directed the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Solapur to consider

the petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision, but till date the Education Officer has not taken any decision in regard to

the petitioners' representation.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, without commenting upon the merits of the petitioner's claim and their entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing the Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representations as described in prayer clause (d) of the petition, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of appearance. The petitioners to appear before the Education Officer on 15.12.2016 at 3.00 pm.
