1] Mr. Shashank Mangale, who holds for Mr. Sachin Chandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the disputes between the parties have been sorted out amicably. On this ground, Mr. Manglae seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
2] Mr. A.B. Tajane, learned counsel for the respondent, confirms the aforesaid position and hands in a copy of the judgment and order dated 22 July 2016 made in M.P. No. 1162 of 2015, whereby the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by mutual consent.
3] In view of the aforesaid, leave is granted to withdraw the present petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
