2 We are not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner to quash and set aside the order passed by the district Collector, Beed. It appears that, the Collector directed re-inquiry. However, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, said inquiry has not been proceeded with.

3 In case such re-inquiry has not been conducted in pursuance to the notings of the Collector dated 10th January, 2015, we direct the Additional Collector, Beed to cause inquiry, if already not completed and complete; the same, as expeditiously as possible; however, within four months from today. It is needless to observe that, the Additional Collector will hear the complainant and also the respondent No.3. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of such inquiry and it will be open for the Additional Collector to look into it and decide the same in view of the record maintained by the concerned office.
